01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and zz66 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zz66 website at zz66.onl and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, poker rooms and any mobile applications.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the zz66 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances reviewed before any funds are returned.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. zz66 will request identity documents before processing your first withdrawal — this is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional.

• Accepted KYC documents include: National ID card, passport or driving licence.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

05 Bonus Policy

zz66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are detailed on the Bonus page and the Promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

The zz66 welcome bonus gives new players a 150% match on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period.
• zz66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on zz66 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. For sports betting, the result as determined by the official governing body of the sport is final. For casino games, the result as determined by the game software at the moment of play is final. zz66 does not alter game outcomes.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by sport and game type — these are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed before confirmation.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at zz66's discretion if the odds were clearly incorrect.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, zz66 will resolve the situation fairly based on available data.
• Cash-out is available on selected sports markets and is subject to the current market price at the time of the cash-out request.

zz66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event (match-fixing).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.

zz66 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Funds in accounts found to be involved in prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure

You may close your zz66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

zz66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• At the request of a regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, zz66 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Deposits made with real money (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after investigation is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

zz66 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zz66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data or interruption of service.

• zz66 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• zz66 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• In the event of a game malfunction, the maximum liability of zz66 is the return of the stake placed on the affected game round.

12 Changes to These Terms

zz66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, zz66 will notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the zz66 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
